QBE Insurance has launched a tender for the provision of insurance building repair services covering both personal and commercial lines nationally.

The request for proposal, issued today, comes as the insurer undertakes a strategic review of its building repairers network.

“We want our building repair services network to share our commitment to exceptional customer service and high-quality, cost-effective repairs,” EGM Claims Jon Fox said.

“A comprehensive tender process will help us choose the best building repair services network, based on their ability to provide repairs to private and commercial properties, and their capacity to support QBE’s distribution partners in all areas of Australia.”

Expressions of interest must be received by July 15.
