QBE launches new ad campaign
QBE has launched its latest “Q the” campaign aimed at showing the importance of coverage for unexpected incidents and its support for local businesses.
As part of the campaign, the insurer has collaborated with its principal partners, AFL’s Sydney Swans and Netball’s NSW Swifts, to feature star players in a series of short stories and videos highlighting QBE’s role in protecting businesses, homeowners, and motorists.
QBE says the campaign, which was developed by The Core Agency, builds on its “Before and After” brand platform that focuses on describing insurance as an “enduring partnership” between the insurer and insured rather than a transaction.
“Life is full of unexpected moments, from breaking a car window while practicing ahead of the big game, to a power surge while watching the match,” QBE Head of Marketing and Insights David Hirsch said.
“Drawing on our long-standing association and continued support of the Sydney Swans and NSW Swifts, this campaign illustrates whether it’s for home, car or business, QBE Insurance has cover for the things we expect, as well as for the things that we don’t.”
