QBE Foundation opens latest grants scheme

The QBE Foundation has invited charities and community organisations to apply for $50,000 grants to support climate resilience or inclusion initiatives.

Projects in Australia, New Zealand and parts of the Pacific can apply until April 3. Some awards will also be made based on nominations from QBE employees.

QBE Foundation co-chair Julie Starley says the group is proud to support “organisations that are making a real impact in areas of need”.

Grant amounts have increased in this round, up from $40,000 previously.

“We’ve seen how previous grant recipients have created meaningful change, and we’re excited to continue that momentum,” Ms Starley said.

“By supporting initiatives that enhance climate resilience and foster inclusivity, we’re helping to build stronger, more sustainable communities for the future.”
