QBE has appointed Sushma Segal as its first chief transformation officer.

She has been with the insurer for more than 10 years, most recently as finance COO, according to her LinkedIn.

“With a global remit, this newly created role is focused on the development and delivery of QBE’s transformation road map,” QBE said.

“Sushma has deep enterprise expertise, which sets her up well to help bring QBE together in this important role.”
