QBE has invested in the first mental health bond through its Premiums4Good initiative.

The Resolve social benefit bond is a partnership between the NSW Government, mental health service provider Flourish Australia and Social Ventures Australia.

Premiums4Good commits a portion of QBE customers’ premiums to responsible investment through green bonds and social impact bonds.

Flourish Australia’s Resolve program will support 530 people in Orange and Penrith over seven years.

It includes a residential program for periodic crisis care, community outreach and a 24/7 phone support service.
