PSC Insurance Group shares were placed in a trading halt this morning pending an announcement in connection with a capital raising.

The halt will continue until before the start of stock exchange trading on Wednesday, or earlier if the announcement is released. No further details were provided.

PSC, which has grown strongly through acquisition, has made a number of strategic purchases in the UK market in the past few months to increase its reach, and has indicated it expects to make further investments.
