Vero Insurance has acquired Marsh subsidiary Aviation Office of Australia (AOA).

John Richardson, Chairman of the Pacific Region for Marsh, says selling AOA is consistent with the company’s strategy of focusing on core operating areas of insurance broking and risk consulting.

AOA provides insurance services for the general aviation industries in Australia, New Zealand and South-east Asia. Its employees will work with Vero in Brisbane.
