Premium Funding has backed a general insurance training app developed by Brisbane-based CPD Anytime.

Its support means the app will be distributed free to insurance professionals who want to access accredited content and record their professional development on a centralised platform.

CPD Anytime founding directors Ryan Passagne and Gurnaik Tiyur approached Premium Funding about the collaboration.

“We have dealt with [CPD Anytime] for many years now, and have taken a keen interest in their business,” director Ross Hayward said.

“When they approached us to make the app free to the industry, we jumped at it – a wonderful initiative and of huge value to the entire industry.”

The training app allows insurance executives to scan, track and manage all their professional development activities via mobile devices.

Training completed through the app is automatically updated on users’ registers.
