Premium Funding and Principal Finance, which merged at the start of the year, have named the combined company Arteva Funding.

“The rename and rebrand is a significant milestone in our integration journey,” CEO Daniel Gronert said. “Arteva Funding unites our team under the one banner and defines who we are.”

The name change comes with a new logo and visual identity, social media accounts and website for the group, which assists more than 110,000 clients with funding each year.

Arteva Funding has also launched a new broker-facing system, PF LIVE, replacing the existing Premium Funding Pty Ltd system, Red-eFund.

Users will automatically be upgraded to the new system, which simplifies processes, provides real-time client activity updates, a centralised view and improved communication features, offering brokers more data and a tool to assist with growth strategies and transparency.

“Using technology to transform the industry has always been a priority for both Premium Funding and Principal Finance,” Head of Systems and Strategy Ross Hayward said.

“PF LIVE has been built in-house from the ground up and we have involved our broker partners in every step along the way.”
