Premium funder responds to ‘shifting landscape’
Centrepoint Alliance Premium Funding has announced four appointments as new entrants and market consolidation continue to alter the industry landscape.
CEO Bob Dodd says Centrepoint is in a strong position as the No.3 volume producer, and its parent company has raised capital and debt funding lines to allow substantial growth.
“As an industry our product continues to be in demand because SMEs require positive alternate cashflow solutions, which we provide via our growing list of supporting insurance brokers,” he told insuranceNEWS.com.au.
“Industry players are shifting and changing the landscape. However, we believe a consistent and reliable source of funding and service quality using proven systems, and a relentless focus on customer needs and expectations from experienced team players, is the key.”
Katrina Hickson has been promoted to Senior Manager National Accounts and Product Development while Sarah Lane, from Premier Funding in Melbourne, has joined the Victoria team as Business Development Manager.
Sandi Regis has joined as Senior Manager Business Development WA, and Frans Du Plessis as Senior Manager Business Development WA. Operational staff have also been recruited.
“There is no room for complacency and we are constantly looking to enhance the experience our brokers have with our team,” Mr Dodd told insuranceNEWS.com.au.
