Phillips Fox’s insurance and financial services team has been named “Best Insurance Law Practice” in this year’s Australian Law Awards. It’s the second win in a row for the Sydney-based international practice.

John Pascoe, the insurance and financial services MD at the law firm, said the nomination reflects the team’s hard work and commitment to its clients and 75 years of service to the insurance industry.

Speaking at the awards night in Sydney, he said his team members “see themselves not just as advisers to the insurance and financial services industry, but as part of the industry itself”.
