OAMPS set to soar
Big Australian broker OAMPS is confident of outperforming its 2001/02 net profit by at least 45%. Announcing a bullish full-year outlook last week, MD Tony Robinson says the company’s success is a result of the market hardening which has benefitted subsidiary company Australian International Insurance.
Other good results are coming from the group’s substantial investment in systems, which has assisted in monitoring and production, and the “significant national branch network” formed through a huge number of acquisitions over the past couple of years.
