OAMPS scores a century
National broking network OAMPS has made its 100th acquisition in five years, buying Melbourne-based brokerage KDI Insurance Services.
CEO Tony Robinson says the group’s acquisition program has led to record levels of company growth and profitability. OAMPS was also recently listed on the Australian Stock Exchange's “Top 200” list for Australia’s most profitable publicly listed companies.
Mr Robinson says KDI will add more than 3000 clients, and bring more than $7 million in annual premium revenue to the group. He says the acquisition will also help the group’s drive to increase the distribution of its general insurance products.
KDI staff, including the group’s directors Kevin and Ada Downs, are moving into the Abbotsford broking centre in inner Melbourne.
