OAMPS Group has reported a record net profit after tax of $11.9 million for the six months to 31 December – an increase of 22.7% over the corresponding period in 2003. The company’s half-year report says it has continued its acquisition program, “albeit at a lesser pace than in previous periods”.

Since December 31 the acquisition of ZIB Group Holdings Company has been finalised. The OAMPS report says details of other acquisitions are “incomplete and confidential”.
