OAMPS directors offload shares
OAMPS CEO Tony Robinson and fellow director Hugh Robertson have sold a substantial number of their personal shares in the company.
Mr Robinson sold 100,000 of his shares at $3.20, earning $320,000. Mr Robertson made $640,000 from the sale of 200,000 shares.
Mr Robinson still has 563,264 shares to his name and more than two million options.
While Mr Robinson wasn’t in his office to take a call from Sunrise Exchange News yesterday, OAMPS spokesman Charles Green said the directors’ decision to sell the shares is “a personal decision that should be taken up with them each individually”.
