OAMPS builds up corporate and specialty expertise
Wesfarmers-owned OAMPS Insurance Brokers has made a number of senior appointments at its North Sydney Corporate and Specialty branch.
Donald Mitchell-Innes has been appointed Corporate and Specialty Branch Manager. With around 20 years’ experience in the broking industry, he began his career with Price Forbes Group in South Africa and has since worked for various international brokers.
Alan Wilkins has been appointed Practice Leader, with responsibility for the OAMPS marine business. Most recently, he was Marine and Transit Customer Group Leader for London-based Nacora International Insurance Brokers.
Natasha Barker has been promoted from Senior Account Manager to Practice Leader. She has been with OAMPS since 1997 and will lead the Venues, Sport and Manufacturing teams in her new role.
Gareth Bowler has also been appointed as a new Practice Leader. Mr Bowler has 24 years of international industry experience and will be OAMPS’ key contact for the Assurex network.
Adam Sulway, who will join the team in April, has also been appointed Practice Leader, responsible for leading the OAMPS Media and Transport and Logistics teams. Mr Sulway has extensive experience in large client broking.
