Specialist insurer NTI has announced new roles for GM People and Capability Kerrie Challenor and GM Strategic Delivery & Operations Janelle Greene.

Ms Challenor is now Chief People and Operations Officer. Her added responsibilities are claims and underwriting operations.

Ms Greene is Chief Customer Officer, where she will develop and execute strategies driven by data and customer insights. She will also lead a multi-disciplinary team encompassing actuary, data science, product, marketing, business insights and proposition development.
