National Transport Insurance (NTI) has confirmed appointments to its board of directors.

The specialist truck insurer is owned in a 50/50 joint venture between CGU and Vero and the ownership model is reflected in the board’s composition with Suncorp Commercial Lines CEO Anthony Day and Executive GM Commercial Portfolio and Underwriting Management Darren O’Connell joining CGU CEO Duncan West and former CGU CEO Bob Wagstaff.

NTI CEO Tony Clark and CFO Drummond McKenzie also attend board meetings.
