Suncorp subsidiary GIO has made it easier for NSW brokers to place workers’ compensation cover by further developing its online facility.

Brokers who hold a letter of appointment from their client can now obtain the cover without the client having to sign a lodgement form.

The “tick a box” feature will save time, although brokers who prefer to have their clients sign their workers’ compensation application will continue to have that option. 

Brokers can access the simplified application at online portal VeroCentral.
