‘NRMA’ tops insurance brands survey
A magazine’s annual survey of Australians’ most trusted brands and professions suggests the IAG brand is taking a while to catch on with customers. According to Reader’s Digest, NRMA is the most trusted house and car insurer, “receiving more nominations than any other brand in this category”.
The “top reasons for trusting the NRMA” are customer service (38% of respondents) and security (30%).
Medibank Private was voted the most trusted health insurer.
