Sportscover Australia has appointed former Chartis senior executive David Lamb as its new CEO.

Mr Lamb was formerly Regional Manager Major Accounts at Chartis. He replaces Chris Nash, who will now focus on the company’s expansion into Asia.

Mr Nash says he needs to “spend more time concentrating on expanding the business in Asia as it is developing very rapidly, especially after Lloyd’s has been granted a direct licence in China”.

“This means I will be travelling a great deal, and consequently we needed a highly experienced and talented person to take over as CEO from me.”
