Lloyd’s has selected an internal candidate to replace Keith Stern as its manager in Australia.

He is Adrian Humphreys, who has been at Lloyd’s since 2007 as Relationship Manager. Prior to joining the market he was at Aon in the UK.

Mr Humphreys will be Country Manager Australia.

Mr Stern is retaining his present title of Regional Manager Asia-Pacific until a replacement is appointed. He takes up his new appointment as Lloyd’s Regional Manager UK and Ireland from July 1.

The Australian market is the fourth largest source of revenue for Lloyd’s, with premiums in 2008 of around $1 billion.
