Promina subsidiary Vero has changed the name of its specialist financial card and personal possession protection service, Credit Card Sentinel, to Secure Sentinel. CEO Duncan West says the name change reflects the fact the group now offers services other than just credit card protection. An increase in credit card fraud shows the need for protection has “never been greater,” with 700,000 bags snatched and more than 32,000 passports lost each year.
