MGA Insurance Brokers is expanding its reach to Melbourne with the addition of two new offices, establishing the Adelaide-based company as a truly national enterprise.

GM Paul George says Melbourne has been the one place that has eluded the company, but that will all change in September with the acquisition of a largely SME-based portfolio from Affinity Insurance Services.

Mr George says the acquisition will give MGA 23 offices across Australia in both metropolitan and regional areas.
