Melbourne-based brokerage McLardy McShane has opened a regional office in Warrnambool.

“With branches already in Melbourne, Albury, Bendigo, Corowa, Kerang, Rosebud, Shepparton and Swan Hill, we are on track with our goal of building a very strong city and regional presence,” CEO Don McLardy said.

The Warrnambool operation, managed by Michael Locket, is a joint venture between McLardy McShane and Ludeman Real Estate.
