Marsh is swapping two key leadership positions as executive mobility and career progression remains a business focus.

Josh Roach, currently Head of Marsh JLT Specialty – Pacific, will assume the role of Country Head - New Zealand, based in Auckland, from early next year.

And Country Head New Zealand Marcus Pearson will move to Brisbane to become Head of Marsh JLT Specialty – Pacific.

“Executive mobility and career progression is a key focus across our business, and it is a testament to the depth of talent we possess across the Pacific that we can move two strong leaders with well suited capabilities and experience within our region,” Marsh Pacific CEO Nick Harris said.

Mr Roach joined Marsh in Hong Kong and worked initially in the private equity and mergers and acquisitions services area.

Mr Pearson has been leading Marsh New Zealand and overseeing Marsh’s Fiji operations since late 2016. He previously held senior positions with JLT in Australia.
