Brokers at this week’s Steadfast Convention in Perth are the first to view Lumley’s new intermediary portal in action.

The online platform, my.place@Lumley portal, allows brokers to lodge and track claims while retrieving policy information in real time.

GM Strategic Relationships David Pearce says the portal provides detailed information to brokers, right down to premium summaries, claims statistics and causes by division, company and individual.

“As Lumley Insurance transforms its business, it’s a priority for us to boost the sophistication of our online capabilities to make it easier for brokers and fleet clients to manage their partnerships with us online,” he said.
