Lumley trims top ranks
Two senior executives have departed Lumley General Insurance following a company review headed by CEO Vivek Bhatia.
The company has confirmed GM Underwriting, Reinsurance and Claims Matthew Rose is leaving, with his functions realigned under GM Products John Ripepi and new COO Intermediary Partners John Nagle.
CFO Tony Perkins will also depart, to be replaced by George Bogdanovic in an internal appointment.
“We have undertaken a review of the organisation during the past three months and are confident that we now have the right structure and leadership team in place to achieve our business objectives,” Mr Bhatia said.
It’s understood a number of lower-level staff are also departing the company.
