Lumley General Insurance has acquired caravan park insurance specialist, Parks Insurance, after a six-year association.

Parks Insurance will continue to develop and underwrite business as a separate operation, based on the central coast of NSW.

Julie Pernecker will continue to manage the Parks Insurance operation while Robert Meyer will continue his involvement with the agency with specific focus on risk surveying and marketing.

Lumley CEO David Matcham says Lumley is continually looking at specialist underwriting facilities that “not only provide expertise in identifiable niche markets but also add value through high levels of service”.
