Lockton Companies Australia has acquired privately owned consulting firm Worker’s Compensation Solutions.

The acquisition grows Lockton’s offering to NSW, Victoria and SA, and spans workers’ compensation, health and safety and the emerging area of employee care.

“It will expand our footprint nationally where we can add greater services and value to clients, allowing us to provide global services and solutions,” a Lockton statement said.
