Lloyd’s to drive claims revolution

Lloyd's has launched a three-year claims change program in collaboration with the Lloyd's Market Association.

Following Lloyd's recently completed strategic claims review, the program will continue to drive improvements in claims service.

Its key aims are to differentiate between complex and standard claims, redesign processes for complex and high value claims, analyse future technological developments, improve management information, facilitate improvements in the performance of managing agents and foster a collaborative approach to claims.
