Brokerage Milne Alexander has appointed Phil Lemieux as CFO, effective from last Monday.

“Phil is a qualified chartered accountant and brings that experience to assist in the mergers and acquisitions of Milne Alexander as we grow,” CEO Darren Milne told insuranceNEWS.com.au.

The company recently celebrated its 40th anniversary with a function at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Sydney.

Mr Lemieux was previously NSW regional sales and distribution manager for QBE, which has yet to announce his replacement.
