Promina’s personal lines subsidiary AAMI has appointed former COO Michael Kay to the position of CEO.

He replaces Robert Belleville, who will continue on with Promina as CEO of the Direct Insurance Division.

Mr Kay joined AAMI in 1993 as Executive Chairman, Corporate Affairs. He later became GM Southern Region was appointed COO in 2002.

AAMI spokesman Geoff Hughes told Sunrise Exchange News Mr Kay will report to Mr Belleville. The appointments are effective immediately.
