Johns Lyng Group has appointed Lisa Dadswell as Company Secretary, replacing Shannon Coates who resigned this month. 

Ms Dadswell has more than 20 years’ experience as a company secretary and is currently an executive director at Source Governance, a national company secretarial and governance service provider. 

She has also provided company secretarial and governance advisory services to boards and executive management of ASX-listed and unlisted companies across a variety of industries. 

Ms Dadswell is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
