JLT has partnered with the Australian Property Institute to introduce a tailor-made professional indemnity cover for the institute’s 8000 members.

API ValCover was unveiled at the institute’s national conference earlier this month.

JLT is the exclusive intermediary, with Lloyd’s backing the scheme via Woodina Underwriting Agency.

“Our specialist professional indemnity team has worked closely with the [institute] to identify member risks, collaborate on strategic goals and create a comprehensive member-focused scheme,” JLT Affinity MD Debbie Gibson said.

“This has the added benefit of ensuring competitive premiums for individuals, with improved coverage, giving members a powerful reason to join.”
