JLG hails retiring board member’s ‘invaluable’ impact

Curt Mudd has retired from the board at Johns Lyng Group after more than seven years as a director with the building services provider.

He joined the board in September 2017 as an executive director, before moving to a non-executive position in 2018.

Mr Mudd also served as chair of the nomination and remuneration committee. Independent non-executive director Alison Terry is his replacement in this position.

JLG chair Peter Nash thanked Mr Mudd, saying his “deep knowledge of our business combined with world-class expertise in people management and performance have been invaluable”.

The board currently has seven directors, including five in independent non-executive roles.
