Home / Corporate / iSelect targets SMEs with BizCover partnership
8 July 2019
Comparator iSelect has formed a partnership with BizCover to provide policies aimed at SMEs.
Under the arrangement, iSelect earns commission for BizCover products sold through its website or contact centre.
“With more than 2 million SMEs in Australia and with an estimated 13% not insured, the SME market presents a significant opportunity,” iSelect Head of Commercial for Health and General Insurance Mark Pangrazio said.
BizCover lists providers including AIG, Berkley, Dual, Point Insurance, QBE and Relyon Insurance on its comparison website.
iSelect has previously focused on personal lines such as car, home and contents, and travel. It also compares utilities and financial products.
Mr Pangrazio says many iSelect customers are also small business owners and the expansion into business cover is a key to the company’s growth strategy this financial year.
