iSelect CFO Chalmers resigns
iSelect CFO David Chalmers has resigned from the company – the latest executive to leave in a period of management upheaval.
Mr Chalmers was interim CEO following Matt McCann’s resignation last October over differences with the board on growth priorities. He returned to the CFO post following the appointment of Alex Stevens as the new CEO in March.
“The company is well progressed in its search and selection process to appoint a new CFO, and an announcement on this topic will be made in due course,” iSelect said in a statement.
Head of Finance Jackie McAvenna will be interim CFO until a permanent appointment is made.
Mr Chalmers joined iSelect in February 2012 and was corporate development director before taking on the CFO position later that year.
Previously he led the corporate M&A and strategy function for Dulux.
