Paul McCarthy is to join comparator iSelect as CFO next month, replacing David Chalmers.

Mr McCarthy, a chartered accountant, will move from the investment banking team at Morgan Stanley. He has previously worked as director of corporate finance at PricewaterhouseCoopers and held various positions at Foster’s Group.

His recruitment comes amid a period of executive upheaval for iSelect.

Mr Chalmers resigned last month, and CEO Matt McCann quit last October over differences with the board on growth priorities.
