After undertaking a management buyout at IC Frith & Associates six months ago, CEO Terry McGough has come up with a new range of integrated insurance cover for law firms.

The company, Australia’s largest privately owned insurance brokerage, has launched LawyersInsurance, which is supported by AIG Australia, London Australia Underwriting, Chubb Insurance Australia and XL Insurance Australia.

It is aimed at sole practitioners, mid-tier firms and large regional and national firms. It will soon offer workers’ compensation and a variety of personal lines for partners and staff of law firms.

“We have taken a fresh look, provided innovative cover in one policy document and a modular approach to options whereby a firm can choose what sections it requires,” Mr McGough said.
