IAG-owned authorised representative (AR) group National Adviser Services (NAS) has announced a new leadership team to grow its authorised representative network, which expanded following the acquisition of Westcourt General Insurance Brokers.

Greg Dowd, who joined NAS as CFO two years ago, will be CFO of the integrated businesses.

Former Westcourt GM operations Jenette Baker has been appointed Head of Risk and Compliance, and Donna Tingley, formerly Westcourt’s group accountant, has been named Financial Operations Manager.

MD Paul Ayton says the combined group has “worked to preserve and promote the strength of both organisations”.

“We’ve laid the foundations of our combined businesses with the shared purpose of supporting communities so they can grow, sustain and thrive.”

IAG bought Perth-based Westcourt General Insurance Brokers in July last year.
