IAG has launched its third Reconciliation Action Plan, focusing on providing employment, education and professional development for Indigenous people.

It will run for the next three years and will also support Indigenous businesses, address Indigenous incarceration and increase cultural awareness among IAG employees. The incarceration rate for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people is one of the highest in the world.

IAG’s plan has been endorsed by Reconciliation Australia.
