IAG is offering a free school holiday program this Easter for employees with children.

The Kids@IAG scheme provides care and activities during the Easter break, saving staff up to $5000 a child in alternative-arrangement costs.

“Many of our employees are parents and, as a parent myself, we know just how stressful it is to plan for school holiday periods,” EM People Services Amanda Zammit said.

“It’s really important to have a flexible workplace that supports parents, and we are constantly looking at different ways to do this.

“The Kids@IAG program is one of our most popular employee benefits and helps remove barriers for working parents.”

Movies, 10-pin bowling, cooking classes and museum visits are among activities the program provides for children in the 5-12 age group.
