IAG’s partner motor repairers can now attain I-CAR Gold Class accreditation thanks to a joint initiative between the insurer and the non-profit training provider.

The Road to Gold program provides practical training in repair technology and design knowledge over a year or up to 18 months.

Head of National Supply Chain Steve Bubulj says IAG is the first insurer to attain I-CAR Gold Class Insurer status.

“It is a natural next step for our partner repairers to ensure we stay up to date with industry advancements and training,” he said.

The training will include new technology and original equipment manufacturer-specific courses.
