IAG says Jane Bowd stepped down as group company secretary and corporate counsel last week.

“IAG and the board thank Ms Bowd for her service, and wish her the best for the future,” the insurer said in a brief announcement.

Ms Bowd joined the business in June 2020, according to her LinkedIn.
