IAG has announced the appointment of Mark Ley as EGM Investor Relations.

CFO Michelle McPherson says in a post on LinkedIn that Mr Ley will start early next month with the business.

“[He] has more than 20 years’ experience in the financial services sector and I’m really looking forward to working with him and benefiting from his knowledge and insights,” Ms McPherson said.

Mr Ley was most recently director at ML Consulting for nearly two years, providing strategic finance advice to major ASX-listed institutions, according to his LinkedIn account.

Before ML Consulting, he was with Suncorp Group in a few senior roles including as EGM/Head of Investor Relations.
