IAG has made some more changes to its top-level executive team, adding a new position to support international expansion, the planned retirement of the Deputy CEO, and the final phase of the restructure of the business along customer lines.

CEO Michael Hawker says Christine McLoughlin will be Group Executive, Office of the CEO, providing support to him and the executive team on key projects as it expands internationally. Ms McLoughlin is currently a director of the AMP Foundation.

Doug Pearce, the Group Executive Long-tail Insurance Strategy, will leave IAG at the end of this month, and Deputy CEO Ian Brown will retire in December.
