Hollard has added Ellie Comerford to its board as a non-executive director.

Chairman Duncan West says the former Genworth Mortgage Insurance Australia CEO brings a wealth of experience in insurance, banking and finance, risk management, and operational and organisation transformation.

“Ellie’s extensive experience, high energy and proven record operating successfully at executive and directorship level for the past 15 years will bring a fresh perspective to the Hollard board, enhancing both the mix of skills on the board [and] continuing to bring great diversity into the boardroom,” he said.

CEO Richard Enthoven says Hollard is “delighted” to add an executive of such calibre and talent.

“The Hollard board warmly welcomes Ms Comerford and looks forward to her contribution as a key stakeholder in Hollard’s next stage of development,” Mr Enthoven said.
