Crawford-owned HBA Legal has expanded its offerings with the launch of an employment law and industrial relations practice.

It says Partners Michelle Dawson and Emily Dempster as well as Associate Nicole Davis – all formerly of Moray & Agnew – will be part of the new team.

Newcastle-based Ms Dawson and Ms Dempster (Melbourne-based) started last week while Ms Davis, also in Melbourne, begins later this month.

HBA Director of Strategy & Growth Nathan Hepple says the new team will allow the business to evolve its offering for clients requiring assistance across general employment law, workplace relations, industrial relations and discrimination, as well as employment migration.

“The addition of our new team complements our already strong Occupational Health and Safety practice,” Mr Hepple said.
