Former APRA Member Steve Somogyi has been appointed to the board of directors of the Guild Group.

Mr Somogyi is Vice President of Resources and COO of RMIT University in Melbourne.
He is also a director of ING Australia.

Directors Rob Foster, John Taylor and Norm Blackburn will retire from the Guild Group board on June 30.
